MG Door Check Strap Protective Cover
MG Door Check Strap Protective Cover
Cover the exposed fixing area around the door check strap with a shaped snap-on trim piece. The source describes a moulded design that sits around the original hardware.
Compare the fixing plate and strap clearance before pressing the cover into place. Open the door through its normal range and check that the trim stays clear of the moving strap.
- Snap-on source design
- Check-strap mounting-area cover
- Retains original door hardware
Choose the version matching your door-check mounting shape. The accessory does not repair a worn strap or change the door's opening limits.
